It is reported that the vessel “Dream” , as a “the pillars of a great power” supporting the construction of a strong maritime country, can be called a “national mobile laboratory”. It has the capability to navigate in non-restricted waters worldwide and the drilling capability of 11000m in sea areas. In the future, it will undertake ocean drilling mission in major national science and technology projects and international scientific programs, make breakthroughs in more than ten key technologies, and is the most advanced ocean drilling vessel in the world.
The chromatograph is the core equipment of gas logging, which can reflect the changes in formation oil and gas in a real-time manner through online detection of the natural gas content carried by the returned drilling fluid in the formation, and provide intuitive and accurate oil and gas information for reservoir assessment. The SK-3Q07 hydrogen flame chromatograph has a 15s ultra high speed gas detection and analysis capability. At the same time, through differential analysis of drilling fluid inlet and outlet, it can effectively avoid the influence of organic components in the drilling fluid (especially oil-based drilling fluid) on oil and gas display.
The SK-7H06 constant volume deaerator uses a hose pump to continuously suction drilling fluid into the deaeration cylinder for mixing and deaeration. The drilling fluid processing capacity can reach 12L per minute, and can be matched with high-precision chromatographs such as SK-3Q07 to achieve quantitative interpretation of formations and oil and gas, making the detection data more accurate.
